As for AT I think Fintec still make money from RI 3 sen disposing all free warrants. The rest they still keep is for long term investment just those subscribed AT ESOS.

Budget 15millions to build factory , suddenly ballooned to 46 millions. If no qualify leave la. Not need to give reason in need of store bla bla bla. Why before this forgotten to put in ? Then not qualify la. Under budget 3X price ? Still drawing fat salary ? Why ESOS also cannot cover the hole?
