Majority of our projects were executed timely. IHC’s healthcare project and the said Total Facility Management contract were the two largest single project which contributed 20% respectively to FY2014’s revenue. We saw challenges in implementation of the IHC’s healthcare project. It was executed in first half of FY2014 but was temporarily put on hold in second half of FY2014 pending authority’s approval on change of layout design from maternity centre to a full-fledged hospital. Nonetheless, we are hopeful that the project to resume soon when IHC secures the operating licence in second half of FY2015.

let said about the long term gain .
capital : 60K
if we buy the stock before the first bonus 1:1 EX date 06/08/2012
0.600 x10000 units , after EX . become 200000 units
the second bonus 1:3 EX date 30/05/2014
200000 become 266666 units x 0.380 ( 01june closing price ) = RM 101,333.08
dividend RM3500 + 101,333.08 = 104,833.08

74.72% gain until now for the long term champion.
this is the growth stock .
keep it up.

hope that next year will rewards bonus again, cheers .

（吉隆坡6日讯）最近原油价格滑落可能不会对所有石油与天然气业者产生冲击，以科艺集团有限公司（KGB，0151，贸易服务组）为例，它将有望从现有低价格环境中寻得商机。

进军石油与天然气投资2年后，科艺集团已经取得成果。在6月3日，它与Petro Allied International DMCEST（简称PAI）签署一份合作协议，铺路进入世界最大的原油生产中枢。

它与PAI的联营，将在阿联酋迪拜成立一家公司，并获容许投标中东的石油与天然气工程。

科艺集团首席执行员颜汉庆称：“尽管原油价格疲软，石油输出国组织（OPEC）并没有计划减少生产。活动并没有放缓，而且商机也继续存在。”

去年11月，油国组织已表明无意随着油价滑落而削减生产水平。与此同时，油价已从3个月前的每桶155美元高峰，回降约3分之1 。分析师已预测，环球油价将在2015年企于每桶80美元（303令吉）以下。

尽管属于一个相当新的业者，但科艺集团相信比其他著名竞争对手具有优势，因它可提供较具竞争力的投标。

颜汉庆解释：“油价下滑已促使所有石油与天然气公司削减它们的开销。作为一个新业者，我们将可提供更具竞争力的投标。当放缓时期，拥有人会更关注成本，因此它们人更倾向新业者。”

他说，该公司的焦点将在于行业的下游领域，如建造油槽和输送管工程。

与PAI的新投资将需一些时间带来成果。颜汉庆指出，这项投资将不可能在今年获得任何实质的计划，因它需要时间准备未来的工程。

他预料集团今年的收益成长将呈平坦。

“基于我们现有的订单，我们预料截至2015年12月31日止财政年度的收益将与2014年相若。”

在2014财政年，该集团录得净盈利518万令吉，以及收益达1亿8966万令吉。
