Worth buying at this price for the rights and free warrants. At 8sen, ex-date price is round 4 - 4.5 sen. Maybe they might push up to 10, 11 sen before ex-date. Correct me if I am wrong.

Original proposal :
The Proposed Par Value Reduction involves a cancellation of RM0.09 of the par
value of every existing ordinary share of RM0.10 each in the issued and paid-up
share capital of EAH pursuant to Section 64 of the Act.
The Proposed Par Value Reduction will give rise to a credit of up to
RM170,393,922.10 which will be utilised to offset the accumulated losses of EAH at
the Company level. For illustrative purposes, the effects of the reduction of the
accumulated losses of EAH at the Company level based on the latest audited
statement of financial position of the Company as at 31 March 2016 and the latest
unaudited statement of financial position of the Company as at 30 September 2016

Replace by new proposal due to no-par value regime:

The Proposed Capital Reduction is proposed to be undertaken by EAH to write off its
accumulated losses (at the company level) ("Accumulated Losses") to the extent of
RM44,615,533 as at 31 December 2016.
