Reference is made to the announcements 30 January 2018, 1 June 2018 and 12 June 2018 in relation to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (collectively referred to as “Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of MBSB (“Board”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the issue price for the new MBSB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan for the Final Dividend (“DRP Shares”) has been fixed today (“Price Fixing Date”) at RM1.02 per DRP Share (“Issue Price”). The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 9.41% to the ex-dividend volume weighted average market price (“VWAP”) of MBSB Share of RM1.1259, which was arrived at after taking into consideration:-

the five (5)-day VWAP of RM1.1759 per MBSB Share up to and including 22 June 2018, being the last trading day prior to the Price Fixing Date; anda dividend adjustment of five (5) sen to the five (5)-day VWAP of MBSB Share.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the DRP Shares will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in early August 2018.

u need buy n count T+3 b4 ex date then u will get dividen? Means buy at 2 July, the last day to entitled dividend or at 5th July still entitle if you hold the share?

KUALA LUMPUR: The Kuala Lumpur Composite Index could be dragged as low as 1,580- points, should the United States impose tariffs on an additional US$200 billion worth of Chinese imports.

TA Securities Holdings Bhd Research Senior Vice-President Kaladher Govindan said the US move would encourage more fund outflow from regional markets and Bursa Malaysia could follow suit.

However, he reaffirmed that the year-end target would remain at 1,780 points based on a price earnings ratio of 15.5 times.

“Our overview is that US President Donald Trump will stop after imposing tariffs on US$50 billion worths of goods from China and would not proceed with the second tranche of tariffs on US$200 billion in Chinese imports,” he told reporters after TA Enterprise Bhd and TA Global Bhd.

ken2004 buy b4 ex-date include T+3 (the day u buy n add in T+3) the day investment bank deduct the amount! i dont think u will get dividend if u buy at 2 july, to be safe buy at 1 july the last day!

As i know is buy b4 ex-date can get dividend. Mean ex-date is 5 jul.....4 jul is last day to buy in if need entitle for dividend.

This counter will never exceed 1.20 till end of 2018. Call warrant is your indicator ! Who ever involved in this counter's call warrant is a sohai . Call warrants and share prices are been manipulated to suit each other.

when reach 1.20,epf will selling,later when drop few sen than buy back,this how epf can profit,because they holding a lot shares so they can play around,can monitor price can not go higher even market target price now 1.50.Mahsing is ,example.

after 3months becoming full fledged islamic banks, there is not much changes, only the logo. avoid this counter unless u are super long term investor. GLC is revising their top management remuneration, thats include MBSB. Time for a change in the mbsb blood.

who needs atm & cdm machine when people start doing online and plus maintaining those machines are expensive though. they need to look for more unique business not relying on conventional type of doing banking business. they have a full fledge of islamic banking license, start engaging middle east for more business.
