MBSB purposely hold the price to attract small holder to subscribe DRP. Once DRP issue out, i believe most of the holder will choice to sold his DRP to open market. As of today market price 91sen, DRP issue price only 80sen.

@Ling WC, if all the dividend is under DRP. It is only constitute of 5%. Most of the small player will prefer cash. Even for major share holders, if the shares are under value, they also prefer to keep rather than sell it.

The best QR MBSB announced pass 2 years was 12.4 millions, which is equal to eps of 2.09. Fair value for small cap banking equal to pe x10 is 80sen. As of this level, the bank still overvalue.

as long as it does not go beyond cost then acceptable for ex- shareholder. for those who subscribed DRP will have additional 5% cushion from open market no risk no gain right? vice versa, if you take cash but share price retract to 0.80 you might suffer bigger loses. my two cents.
