I believe there willbe another round of sell down after DRP. Check back last year transaction history, after DRP the share price all the way go down from 1.15 to 90sen. Last year DRP issue price is 1.02.

I believe history will repeat again. I don't see any good postive news will further boost the price go higher.

MBSB purposely hold the price at this level to attract ex shareholder to subscribe their DRP. I believe most of the shareholder will subscribe the DRP at of this price level.

For example Lonbisc down to 0.16 and up back to 0.24 in 5 days time. The price down because all the directors resigned and unable to pay the bank loan. Without any good news the price is up back. Any share if oversold will technical rebound

DRP issue price is 80sen. market price now is 91sen. i believe most of the holders will choice to sell his drp to cash out for money n instantly earn more than 10% profit.

small cap bank like Bimb, Affin, Ambank, their PE never go beyond 10. And now MBSB is trading at pe 11.
Base on last QR, eps only 1.31.

Top management too conventional. The main issue with MBSB, not attractive enough for international market. Most loans are government oriented. When want to be independent enough to fight for market shares?
