1. Compared to Q4 2014, Q4 2014’s results has an astounding gain of RM122.5m due to :
1.1 Revaluation gain on its investment properties in Damansara City.
There is also a RM10m revaluation loss arising from its property (leasehold land) located in
Pandan Indah, Kuala Lumpur.

2. NTA has now increased to RM1.42.
2.1 If you net out the exceptional gains of RM112.5m,
its earnings for FY2014 will be RM40.7m, a 3% decreased in its core business profit from
RM41.9m.

3. Technical Analysis
3.1 Guocoland is now resting at 20MA.
A breakout above RM2.03 might set the stock to the next level, testing RM2.31 and eventually
RM2.71. It might take awhile from here.

4. Conclusion

Implication of this exercise is still positive as this shows that Guocoland still has plenty of valuable landbanks, ie Damansara City, Sepang and Melaka land. Do wait for newsflow from these development going forward.

COMMENT ：这支GUOCO真的值得买入，趁它还没Stand Strongly RM2.05 以上.

some analyst said September is the period for consolidate and reset ... so ... not sure how true is that. But .... i guess we will expect to see the price drop. Basically many of the stock price is dropping currently .... just dont know when only can bounce back, and how long it take to bounce back. Anyway ... conclusion is ... we bought it too fast.
