tony, most probably 1:1 at exercise price of RM1.10, they will fix the conversion ratio on 6/11/13 one day b4 the listing of warrants on 7/11/13

jenny, yes, ex-date 4/11/13 monday, 2nd, no price adjustment but those who buy and hold the mother shares for warrant, will dump shares like there's no tomorrrow shortly after ex-date since their warrants will be credited into their cds a/c on 7/11/13

sephiroth , you mentioned there will be no price adjustment of bonus issue of free warrant. Last friday symlife closed at 1.22, Today LACP is 1.19. there are 3 cents less. How come?

i also don't understand, normally no price adjustments, one possible explanation is that the warrants will start trading higher than 0.12, maybe 0.15

tiekyu, I think the 3 sen adjustment is a discount from last Friday closing price (1.22) less the exercise price of 1.10 divided by 4 (from 1 free wa for every 4 mother shares).
