need some help here...y does bjcorp worth less and bjtoto,,market cap for bjcorp is 1.7b while bjtoto is 4b... im really confuse here since bjcorp owned 49% of toto..can someone pls explain

BJ corp does not own all of Btoto. Currently in the entire Berjaya group, Btoto is the cash-cow.

One of the biggest issue with legal 4D shop is its all opened at different location. Person who buy 4D will usually want to buy all 3 counter (TOTO MAGNUM and PANM). This is 1 of the biggest reason why people opt for illegal counter(coz they can but it with ease). If wanna buy from shop, need to drive to shop A and buy, then drive to shop B then C.
One of the biggest way to counter this issue is to open a universal 4D outlet .. 1 outlet that can buy all 3 counter ..Only if government agree to give license to me.
Im gonna open universal counter. Each RM1 take 0.05 cent commission also enough.
1.Customer can then buy all 3 counter in 1 shop.
2.Governemnt earn more gambling tax.
3. TOTO MAGNUM and PANM owner can save cost without operating the need to operating their own shop.
I earn money.
Its win win win solution for 3 party. Problem is, will government give me this license ?

Seems BJToto had been scrutinized by the Custom and had to repay extra GST during last quarter, this could be the main reason that affected the last quarter result. W/O this extra taxes, it's profit will be around the same with the previous quarter's result and probably 4cents div would have been declared instead.
