TA's research 5 Sep 16 - puts target price @ RM4.03, up from RM3.23 due to among others - "lower interest rate, defensive nature of the stock & resilient earnings". Too high target price in my opinion.

D best price to buy is below 3.00, n u have an EY of at least 8% n DY of higher than AAA 30 yrs bond of 5.3%. Wz d present Buffett Indicator or Q Ratio of 30% above GDP, be more on d defensive, don't speculate so much, keep above 30% of Cash! Gd days!

Pls avoid BJTOTO and all gambling stocks for now, MCA is proposing to central government to reduce the expansion of NFO and the draws per week. Will eat up into their profit margin if not properly managed.
