Paragraph 8.03A make this stock takut by real investors, but not OPs. OPs can do whatever they want as per instruction given. But retail investors must be careful, do not invest emotionally. Let it a pass is fine. No buy, no harm. Once bought, committed and have to wait lo. If so, why don't invest in other undervalued and laggard stocks leh, so many of them in Bursa. My2c

Banker totally never give face to Agong today. Be careful when deal w this counter, Banker got a lot of tactics to "sakau" your money, banker fully control "up and down" this counter now. If their mode good, up 2 or 3 sen loh, mode not good, Down kaw-kaw until u scare. Go for other counter, don't become "water fish" for the banker here.

SuperA, yes. I have opt out this bb more than 6 mths before it broke out 0.5 and hoot to 0.8 & 1.00. Paragraph 8.03A is a big killing point, I'm cautious to this despite it has huge land bank in JB (excluding IWH land bank, but the new proposal from Botak, how eh? Good or bad? How investors see it?)

This is a goreng stock as it is related to KPRJ. And shares issued is much smaller than 8877, 900m vs 3b, and mkt float is low, easy to goreng although without solid QR & AR results. It is much depending on Johor future development and the use of land banks. If one is daring to fight, they cheong in and tag along with KPRJ and hope to get nice profits, if it is gorenging, one day can up 5c to 10c, quite gila. But, not for me already. Unless P8.03A settled then I may reconsider again, takut.... Hmmmn. My2c and may not be right, may ignore.

Iskandar Waterfront City Bhd (IWCity) has failed in its bid to strike out a RM76.56 million lawsuit by Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) over alleged damage to the utility giant’s undersea cable in Johor. The High Court dismissed the applications by IWCity and its wholly-owned units, Tebrau Bay Construction Sdn Bhd and Tebrau Bay Sdn Bhd, to strike out the suit and awarded costs of RM8,000 per application to TNB. m'sia-sia is a very sad, pathetic mkt currently...If the commission weren't the cheapest among all the mkts I participate in, I wouldn't be hanging around anymore....today I bag the THIRD Jipenis winner in Feb alone: Katakura, SOLD a day after a partial paring of 6-year-holding Nomura & 5 days after advertising giant Dentsu was disposed for a 6.7% return in just over a month.
