中国吉利汽车入主国产宝腾（PROTON）数个月後，管理层已拟定一份十年大计，立志要成为东南亚三大汽车制造商，重新成为大马汽车市场领头羊，并放眼在二零二七年时，全年生产量达400,000辆。

宝腾去年全年制造100,000，换句话说，它在十年後的生产量将翻四倍，管理层认为，新的十年大计是可行和可实现的路线图。

宝腾已发布这份十年大计计划书给高级主管，要动员全公司上下朝向新目标出发。宝腾在这几年表现乏善可陈，二零一七年年仅售出70,991辆新车，比二零一六年的72,291倒退一大步，相比第二国产车二零一七年卖出204,900辆新车。

计划书指出，第一个三年最关键，宝腾是否能转亏为盈，要看这三年表现。

李春榮主導十年大計
根据英文星报报导指出，这份＂宝腾十年大计＂是由中国CEO李春荣负责主导，由高级管理人完成草拟，并会在近日提呈给政府批准。

李春荣入主宝腾之後，已采取激烈手段和措施削减成本，李春荣指示零件供应商调低30%价格，他指零件供应商卖给宝腾的零件高於市价30%。

提高國產車品質 採用VOLVO品管系統
李春荣也在宝腾车厂推介VOLVO汽车的品质管理系统，成功提高国产车品质30%-50%。

中国吉利汽车在二零一零年从福特汽车手中，买下亏损连连VOLVO股权，成为这家瑞典汽车公司的新主人，二零一六年，VOLVO已交出12亿5000美元的营运盈利业绩。

吉利二零一六年在中国卖出760,000辆新车，比二零一六年增加一倍，在中国车商里排名第十，吉利的休旅车＂博仪＂是最畅销车款。

吉利汽车是在去年从多元资源重工（DRBHICOM ）手中买下国产普腾（PROTON）的49%股权，并派李春荣出任首席执行员，李氏的首要任务就是转亏为盈。

李春榮下令普騰改名為寶騰

国产普腾一直是多元资源重工的负担，它的亏损大幅拉低这家上市公司的盈利，因此在吉利入主PROTON之後，多元资源重工的股票价格就扶摇直上。

李春荣出任CEO後，下令将普腾这个中文名字，改为＂宝腾＂。
