veln82k6 ..... i already say PP already completed .... total PP is MAX 20% of total issued shared ... thats means MAX PP issue shares is 320M . 1st + 2nd is already 297M . you think merchant bankers so free do 23m last final PP for you .... how much they want to charge ? but if tan sri really want sure he can do it . but press the price for 23m shares ?
