But I am FEELING SO GOOD RIGHT NOW BECAUSE MY CALL TO BUY TMAKMUR ON 3RD JANUARY, 2016 AT RM1.40 IS NOW BEING TAKEN PRIVATE AT RM1.90 (FOR A NICE 35% GAIN!) SO HAPPY NOW!

Just buy while it's cheap. Remember, GE14 must be held latest by Mid 2018.

Buy and hold 18 months to SEE it fly.

So don't time the market.

Just buy a little while it is still cheap.

And prepare to average down if price gets cheaper.

IF YOU KNOW THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO FEAR.

Calvintan's buy call on BPURI with latest quarter EPS of 0.39sen, annual EPS with PE10 give you = (0.0039*4)*10 = RM 0.156 (Calvintan only look at latest quarter)
With his limited knowledge like this, cannot imaging why he still dare to comment on gadang.

....yes but at early stage on bandar malaysia...and sofar mrcb has book oder around GDV rm50bil for next 5 years....(this is more or less look like gadang which had kl kajang lrt etc in 2013 and was 80cent and now around rm3 but mrcb has biger projects today@rm1.36)
