Should go up tomorrow... Rights issue is over, projects coming, EDL is not an issue for GLC like MRCB backed by JIB KOr, 70mills yearly compensation for the least promise (to me already earning), in fact they might be able to sell it to PLUS hahaha then it will be a bonus, NOTHING TO LOSE if it goes down to .9, but many to win when it fly to 1.3 above short term!! THose pathetic ppl has miss the chance at RM .995~RM1 ...i would suggest you shut up and come in at RM 1.03~RM1.10 like a man, DONT FIGHT WITH MONEY!

I believe it will go up la bcz its bullish trend for mrcb now. Like u going genting to gamble baccarat, the table show long dragon, but u go fight the money and bet for another way. Not a wise idea. Epf subscription and RI over, most of the ppl ald dispose on friday, operator collecting the share too, find no reason it will go down

cannot buy bonia because boss goes genting and gamble. bonia spiked up

cannot buy mui at 18 sen unless mui bhd drops to 15 sen. mui suddenly jumped to 23 sen

cannot buy dutaland unless it closed above 50 sen. dutaland powered to 73 sen

so how now?

next week if pm najib announce mrcb got bandar malaysia then how?

Yes, Due to dilution of RI Bank Rakyat now hold less then 5% shares of MRCB while EPF & Tabung Haji have increased their portions.

It could be due to these factors

1) Bank Rakyat was given 20% pp instead of the usual 10%. And after 10% discount from Open Market Value of Rm1.24 their actual discount cost is Rm1.13

2) Now there was an over subscription by 7.3% for the Rights Issue cum 20% free warrant B.
Is it because EPF and Directors wanted more? Since Bank Rakyat already given too much PP shares? That is not disclosed.

3) What we DO KNOW now is Bank Rakyat holding cost is Rm1.13

And Bank Rakyat already hold these shares (173 millions MRCB shares) more than one year already. Factoring 3.5% Bank interest cost should be Rm1.17

And now we can get MRCB shares at Rm1.03 from Open Market is already 14 Sen less than Bank Rakyat's holding cost of Rm1.17

to me seems neutral.
1. why friday share no go down? because EDL compensation countered it, but then please remember that the compensation whether is favourable to mrcb or not. if compensation plan is not favourable to mrcb, then share will drop.
2. why RI come in this timing? coincidence? if this is not coincidence, this could be mrcb know the budget 2018 will include the abolish EDL toll. so MRCB use this opportunity to increase his cash through this RI while not affecting the share price. so question is this increase of cash is favourable to who we dunno, only mrcb insider that have the certainty or confidence on EDL compensation or BM thing know the direction of this share price. At the mean time we public just speculating only. could be their victim also.

1. MRCB WILL BE HANDSOMELY COMPENSATED

2. JOHOREANS WILL SAVE RM400 to RM600 monthly. This saving will translate into higher disposable income. Thus benefiting Real Estate purchase or rental in JB.

3. More Singaporeans will visit Jb for shopping and food.

Which companies will benefit?

Real Estate Companies like Bj Assets, UEMS, Daiman, Plenitude, KSL and others.
