Rio2814, not sure what you meant by good news. If you meant QR - property flattish, minus off the one-off land sale gains, insignificant profit from property segment.

Construction profit recognition is fluctuating (unclear) & property segment remains flattish and does not see robust growth/recovery in coming quarters. Will avoid unless it drops more.

Well, proven I am right. Earning is just so so for this quarter. Not remarkably great profit. The next year shall be a better time to reap a better profit from the unbilled book value. (read yourself)

DS Azmin Ali mentioned clearly that government will NOT carry on any projects that does not benefit Malaysia.

To ponder the value and performance of MRCB, HSR already deducted from my sight.
Government may carry on with HSR after 2 years, hence will not guarantee MRCB will be the sole Contractor. Bidding for the project will only start after 2 years.

Pakatan Harapan government will keep cutting losses and costs. No more lucrative commissions, no more under tables and no more favorism.

Anticipate Contractors bidding under the eyes of new government.
