Menang Corp (M) Bhd’s substantial shareholder Chin Leong Thye Sdn Bhd raised its shareholding in the company to 10.66% following the purchase of 23.81 million shares or a 4.95% equity interest in a direct business transaction.

Earlier, Menang, whose principal activities are in property development and government development projects, announced a bonus issue of up to 240.4 million free warrants on the basis of one warrant for every two existing shares held. It is expected to raise RM120.2 million assuming full exercise of all warrants at an exercise price of 50 sen per warrant.

zixun（吉隆坡26日讯）因股价3天内飙破30％而遭到质询的胜利企业（MENANG,1694,主板工业产品服务组）披露，该公司与森美兰政府洽商数字中心计划及两州购地活动，都可能是造成股票价量齐升的原因。

大马股票交易所早上向胜利企业发出不寻常交投（UMA）质询，该公司盘后回复说，正与森州政府属下Invest NS展开森美兰数字中心项目的磋商，目前这项谈判仅处于评估阶段，仍无最终决定。

除了上述计划，该公司也正寻求收购森美兰和雪兰莪巴生的土地，以增加土地储备。目前，这项计划也正处于评估阶段，尚无最后决定。

该公司强调，上述两项计划若有任何进展，都会依据主板上市条例适时公布更多详情。

上周三（19日）至本周二（25日）期间，胜利企业从67仙一路飙上88仙，短短几天内急涨了21仙或31.34％。

周三盘初，胜利企业曾进一步升上逾20年来最高的91.5仙价位，在交易所发出质询文告后，其股价由起转跌，休市时略为下挫1仙，至87仙，成交量报238万6700股。午后，该股收复失地，终场以88仙平盘价报收，共有302万7300股易手。

交易所资料显示，该公司上个月期间有多批股票以场外交易方式卖出，造成多名大股东的股权剧减，部分更直接降为零。

其中，拿汀玛丽安、拿督阿都莫达和拿督孙亮广透过属下TITIAN HARTANAH（马）私人有限公司，脱售了胜利企业的5425万9074股，同时玛丽安也减持直接持有的全部4811万4081股；前董事孙观龙（人名皆音译）则卖出4813万2000股。

该公司2022财政年常年报告显示，截至去年10月3日，玛丽安、阿都莫达和孙亮广共同透过TITIAN HARTANAH间接掌握5426万1234股（10.72％）；玛丽安也直接控制4811万4081股（9.50％），阿都莫达和孙亮广的直接持股则各报6万零480股和1万6920股。

根据同一份资料，孙观龙的直接持股也达4813万2000股（9.51％）。

当时，TITIAN HARTANAH、孙观龙和玛丽安分别是胜利企业的第三至第五大股东。
