this company never make profit since 2002 (except 2011), short and long term debt increasing, no cash. this is not value stock, it's more like gambling stock.

Bad quarter?

Yes & NO!

On the surface you see a loss of Rm12 millions

1) Interest expense = 1.8 mil
2) Depreciation = 6 mil
3) Foreign exchange loss = 5 million

So there is loss.

BUT THERE IS A HUGE GAIN FROM ASSET REVALUATION!! The Lands in Teluk Intan has jumped in VALUE BY RM61MILLIONS

SO NTA HAS JUMPED FROM 67 CTs to RM1,.06

Pinepac is another candidate to be taken private like KULIM & TMAKMUR
