Dull stock but safe. Low PE Ratio with reasonable dividends. Around RM2.00 would be a great buy to keep.

@anbz has disclosed that ahmad zahid hamidi is using novamsc as money machine for umno selection...and he mentioned in this room that ahmad zahid hamidi umno vice president (expected to be the next prime minister after najib) -was once Chief Executive Officer of Kretam Holding Berhad...but why his comment is not here anymore???

Kretam has lots of assets. 60,000 acres of palm oil land, and newly acquired refineries. The people in the palm oil industry told me, this is a good stock. Their underlying asset is good.

Plantations in East and West Malaysia is starting to see higher tonnage of harvesting. The last few months was low harvesting months (trees got stressed? or weather). Since last month, tonnage starts to increase, so it is good news for the palm oil sector

Palm oil companies are seeing better cashflow starting from last month. If you don't believe me, ask anyone in the Palm oil industry. Buah ada lebih banyak. The few months before the harvest was very low.

Why sell when you can keep? I still remember when Asiatic was RM3 just few years ago. Now it is Rm10 (GentingPlnt)
I bought at RM1.20 and I was still buying up around RM2.90! I already told you guys before, someone told me Kretam at RM3 is still cheap and a good buy.

Jenny :) I heard that IJMPlnt is also a good stock. They have in recent year started to venture into Indonesia, so young palms just planted. Once the palm matures within 1 or 2 years, they will start to increase the income of the company. Palm oil first 2 years of planting has no fruit and requires expenses on planting and fertilizers. This is the time to buy now, the shareprice will shoot up when the Indonesian young palms start to produce fruits each month. I heard from experienced planters that IJMPlnt current price is in this range now because already factored in the expenses the company spent in Indo for new planting. Soon, it will be reward time. I will be loading up more soon when I get some more funds.
