A lot of money for Covid 19 for corporate and business loans at super low interest rate ..some will flow into the performing stock counters for sure .,, including TDM..,

Plenty of liquidity floating around waiting to park especially from many sectors that are in depressed mode for many more months to come .., will flow into Plantation .., TDM .,,. As the surviving and growth industry when all else goes under ..,.the new gold ..., better than REIT ..,toast.

When everyone is looking for food .,,,remember TDM is the source of many food .. maggi mee, biscuits , margarine , cooking oil , bread , etc

And wash your hands , bathe after you come back from outside and wash your clothes....,Palmolive soap, detergent soap ... TDM produce basic input to make all these .

There is even a Turkish owned factory now in Tanjong Langsat Johor named Evyap Sabun making soap, detergents, some cosmetics & toiletries etc. from palm oil as main raw material for 100% export to European & North American markets.

They used animal fats formerly in their factory in Turkey but switched to palm oil to cater to both halal & general market in one go

So they also switched factory location to Malaysia because of the palm oil factor

These are underlying fundamentals that underpin the support price of TDM while those in oil and gas tank ..,.. demand near record low ...oil futures record low of minus USD 37 per barrel .. and demand will be so in the next few months ...
while Cpo as food sees increasing demand exceeding supply in the foreseeable next few months .,, smart money will flow here ..,TDM
