8/3 court case is loss already to do deposit judgment sums to plaintiff lawyers as stakeholders to avoid being winding up , the sum is Big if not will not need deposit first . This will reflect in coming QR with higher Loss .

More scary as I knew there are 2 more court case , actual have how many court case ??

If these Hospitals are with good services and Professional, Why so many court cases ???

Supply Agreement to supply 2500 tons per month for 43 months . Upfront Payment RM 189 million be effective upon TDM deliver bank guarantee for the total RM 201 million .

Still cannot provide BG ... since July2019 to now ...

TDM 5000 hectare palm oil plantations in Malaysia worth how much :


Refer to PHT-YT of 2594 hectares of value RM100 million on Dec2019 , then TDM 5000 hectares is worth RM 200 million .


Received letter of offer to sell Indonesia plantations with RM 203 million .. offer is extended to be expired on 31/5/2020 .

FY19 with Loss rm 79.6 million more than FY18 .

NTA : Jan 2018 = 0.71 , Dec 2018 = 0.56 , Dec2019 = 0.44 , Loss of 0.27 in 2 years ..

NTA in 2020 will be further reduce .. share price will be reduce ..
