The lowest being 3400+

Hopefully it dip below 3000.

Cooking oil which was around RM 13 is now selling around RM29 per 5kg. More than 130% increase.

SINGAPORE (June 18): Malaysian palm oil futures reversed earlier losses on Friday, to rise more than 1%, as it tracked rival soyoil on the Chicago Board of Trade.

The benchmark palm oil contract for September delivery on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange closed up RM38, or 1.1%, at RM3,415 a tonne, after falling as much as 3% to RM3,251 earlier in the session.

大马棕油期货合约本周预计将出现套利潮，而导致价格下跌。

Interband集团高级棕油交易员郑锦（译音）指出，由于其他国家的需求低，而大马和印尼的库存仍然很高。

“未来几个月没有什么重大节日，我们预计交易将出现下跌趋势以及需求放缓，这将导致棕油价格下跌。”

“因此，期货合约很可能交易在每吨3100到3200令吉之间。”

在上周，市场普遍收低，主要是跟随美国芝加哥期货交易所（CBOT）和大连商品交易所大豆油的疲软走势。

按周来看，7月棕油期货走跌165令吉，至每吨3549令吉，8月则报每吨3441令吉，按周少222令吉。

同时，9月和10月期货分别跌248令吉和246令吉，至每吨3377与3347令吉。

另外，上周成交量从前周的30万823宗，扩大至48万4666宗；未平仓合约则从25万420张增加至27万605张。

现货市场方面，7月南方期货价上涨80令吉，至每吨3700令吉。

（吉隆坡24日讯）惠誉评级机构（Fitch Rating）预测，原棕油价格在6月大幅回调后，将在下半年进一步下跌，这主要是有利天气条件导致产量增加。
惠誉评级在报告中指，也预见来自原棕油替代品，和印尼所提议的削减出口税的压力。

大马基准原棕油现货价格，自今年5月每吨约1150美元（约4792令吉），降至6月的每吨约850美元（约3542令吉）。

然而，我国的产量仍低于正常水平，主要是冠病疫情的管控令限制，导致外劳短缺。
惠誉评级预计，我国政府会采取措施，改善油棕园的人力供应，但进展缓慢可能会抑制原棕油产量，从而支撑原棕油价格。
