Alfred Aun, it's my opinion only n my holding is not much in this counter. It's up to u to decide. I'm holding 950 lots in Censof n if I sell now I'll be losing RM10k n that's a big sum so I don't mind keeping the shares as investments for time being until better price.

I sold my share at the price of RM0.495. But i don't think i will buy it back ,because it had made me loss three times. i better look for another counters.

I'm also waiting to sell as my holding is not much now n I think u're right it's not a good counter to play. Recently I bought UEMS n Pwroot n have made some profit. UEMS is better n within 2 days has gone up more than 30 sens.

Tq Alfred, as for Censof I'll be losing about 10k if I sell the shares now as I purchased the shares at quite a high price. I guess I'll have to wait for sometimes until the price go up higher so that at least I can make some profit.

private placement.... means the company is offering to any party to buy their shares with the price of 50 cents...for sure they will push the market price to increase to attract new investor to buy the private placement. if the private placement offer is 50 cents, and the market price now is around 52 cents, no attraction...

if can go down below 50, buy some more to average. If this company has profit like the last 6 mths, u will be rewarded at least 50 pct gain...What surprises me is they have no money to pay salary and yet they made 1.1 mil for June ending qtr ??? Playing with accounting numbers ??
