i saw them cursing this counter left and right while promoting so much about rubberex at their site. Really can feel their pain. Sorry i also sold all my comfort but i never hold any grudge against anyone or counter as we can only blame ourselves in this share investing. Seriously how old are those ppl?

TopGlove say 99.9 done deal. If a listed company receive an offer of being acquired, they need to hold a shareholder meeting and submit documents to Bursa and make an announcement.
Why everyone still speculates is a listed company? Do you think acquired a listed company is like going kedai runcit to buy goods.

Topgolve will takeover a non-listed company. If taking over a listed company it can't be done in short time, there are lots paperwork, shareholder voting and etc. Can't be done in 1 month time. 1 week passed, if a listed company receive the offer, they should now report to SC.

Sifu bought 1 month after the fire incident at Comfort factory and keep until now.
I check that time only 70sen, now 105sen. 50% profit in 400days.

But sifu said although cannot get 100% profit but return still better than FD.
