management’s statement ; is exactly as said in this blog. yes it can export but will be subject to FDA inspection which holds up clearance etc. until matter is lifted. risky... wont recommend this stock due to weak governance issues

What is DIO's process for reviewing removal petitions?
Petitions are reviewed on a first in-first out basis.
Reviews can take 30 days to process and the turnaround time may fluctuate.
FDA will send a letter when a decision is made.
Denial letters will include an explanation or reason for denial.
Approval letters will include the FDA notice to field offices.
Approvals are effective immediately.
Decision Letters close the case.

Takes the mangm 20 days to come out with this news!. FDA action on 15/3. Why did they take so long? The minute it happened the announcement should have been made so shareholders will be in the know.. Where is coperate governance? Maybe directors sell on knowing the news on 15/3 onwards and buy back now lower knowing the actual position. Shareholders should be the first to be informed. We have put in our hard cash and this is how we are treated. Think I will move on but sad that these directors have no accountability. If this is once what stops them from doing it again. No trust in the co. Why no immediate announcement? Many have lost money by selling not knowing the true facts esp when share price tumble for no apparent reason. Only release news after 20+days. Will not touch this co. shares with a 10 feet pole. Its time for Bursa to demand immediate explanation from BOD & to take action for holding back news.

This issue should be pop up somewhere in mid Feb and FDA took few lots of samples to retest it and to issue alert list on 15/Mar.

CG release QR in 29-Mar with 1sen dividend shown that this case dont have any impact to their cash flow and it can be solved easily....

It is just a small issue only some parties try to blow it up to take advantage of the dropping share px for future benefit.

Today the edge reported that some analysis put CG as same level with TG & Harta. That means CG is in Class A. So when CG got issue, will order go to TG or Harta and vice-versa??

It mean no impact to business for time being , there is no reason why management need to publish it, it could back fire if it do so.

But ...the culprit is someone here keep spreading the gravity and 3.4m...ended up the news publish in the edge ... gone case.

He keep promote HY , so the share price went to very high.
He keep demote HY, so the share price went to holland.

when he promote HY , he already bought ton of shares and you follow.
when he dispose most of the share and share with you how bad it is, then the price plunge.
