i think the market overreact. Published date was 2 weeks ago and now market only see the news. Maybe the company didnt announce because they foresee no material impact to the company. They still have other subsidiaries under diff name. They can use other channel to import. not necessary only under comfort name.

it is the 1st time under detain. so is a lesson to them. now they know the minimum compliance of the quality. In future, they will ensure only quality gloves enter US. However. because they are caught the 1st time, the future export will be affected. To ensure future export not affected. they can use other channel under diff name to enter US.

this counter has been highly recommended by smartinvestor1 & a lot of others so call sifu on the social media eg: hairyteo on the high price. Look more like a distribution stage for this people to unload their share bought earlier! Last 5 days has drop back to last year April price.

normally FDA randomly pick up container for sample testing and it happen less than 5% of the imported containers. So for every 100 container of Comfort's container going to USA, maybe only couple of containers get FDA sampling and one of the container failed. So their quality is really bad.
To be lifted from FDA detention list, they need 5 consecutive containers tested and pass. It is very unlikely if their quality is sub par.

Myself also throw some comfort early due to emotion.

After calm down, I read back Comfort history in cari and investalks forum. Current price already closed to 2013 price, and that time comfort still in Pn17. That time company owe several bank for 40m and the profit is making lost.

I am not sure this time more serious or that time, and also not sure I am correct or false. But, I will hold my remaining stock.
