For those who will attend the AGM in Taipeng, appreacite if can help to ask the following questions:

[a] FDA
[b] What is their current capacity 4.3bil??
[c] What will be their additional new capacity in FY19?
[d] Also their capacity roadmap for the next 5 yrs.
[e] % revenue of their export to China.

They never share much capacity information to avoid been closely monitor by their competitors.
(this is smart move). Top Glove capacity is 50bil and its 10% of cap already can make CG koyak.

Note:
Capacity and China market will be key growth for any glove company.

I'm a Taiping resident and I'm attending the AGM. My house is about 5 minutes from the venue, Legend Inn Hotel.

Have some interest in Comfort stock recently. I purposely bought some token shares to get the right to attend the AGM. I want to understand the company firsthand.

Will increase my position pending my experience, observations and outcome of the AGM. Have read through the Annual Report.

BREAKING news. Comfort is buying a piece of vacant industrial land at 13.2 million for future expansion. Payment is to be done through internally-generated funds.

Bursa Announcement:
"On behalf of the Board of Directors of CGB, we wish to announce that CRGI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGB had on 22 June 2018 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire a piece of leasehold vacant land held under PN271977, Lot No. 312712, Mukim Sungai Terap, Daerah Kinta, Perak measuring approximately 157,500 sq. meters from NMSB for a total cash consideration of RM13,223,465.00."

a)Total 3 factories at 3 different plot total 17acres w 4.3bil cap (not sure fully occupied?).
b) Vacant land=9.75 acres.
c) New buy = 39acres.

[Future]
so b+c easily can hv additional cap of 13.0bil.

Sweat dream by 5 yrs later:
QR rev can hit RM500mil w 10% NP at RM50mil.

Bad result . Profit drop about 30% compare to last year quarter.
Inventory increase 10 million. Sure many gloves return due to fda. Better sell tomorrow to avoid more bad news coming.

If fda cause major impact.. I don't think can get this revenue... Mean they able to deliver another batch product to USA.. those inventories that return by fda able to deliver after qc again..

What so worry since fda no affect their business at USA ? = (

Quarter result does not affect earnings. Revenue already tells you the answer. Next quarter result should be good since inventory increase tandem against revenue.
