Exnstp KYY agrees with RHB TP of 4.80

Watch out what KYY said. Less than a month ago, his tp for Comfort was RM6.4 min to RM12.28 max!! Now he's willing to settle at RM4.8! And his tp for Supermax has been changing every week until I've lost count. Very inconsistent! So, do your own study and don't simply follow what he said.

Just know when to run when you see a bubble. It was obvious it was going to burst. I sold all in stages and bought back and sold during an uptrend. When you see it plateau around 4. 20 range i sold. Then when it dropped be brave to buy. I did the same for Airasia at 70 cents. Just now bought in at 3.65 and sold at 3.90. The price was 3.93. I just sell down to 3.90 all at one go because i hold 1500 lots. Had to exit. Good money for today.

KUALA LUMPUR: Acute supply and supernormal demand of rubber gloves could persist over the next two years, Kenanga Research said.

Its analyst Raymond Choo Ping Khoon said glove makers had received orders for new users including airlines, restaurants, retail apparel chains and hotel operators.

"If we look at the capacity expansion numbers in isolation, it looks overwhelming. Juxtaposed against the annual demand growth and new pandemic-led demand, the additional capacity is not a concern," Choo said in a report today.

He said the estimated new yearly capacity may not actually start as scheduled and hence the supply shortage will continue to be acute in 2021.

Choo said on average, two to three plants were required annually for glove makers to meet the supernormal demand, which take between 12 and 24 months to complete.

"We conclude that the average selling price (ASP) tightness will continue going into 2021. We highlight that rumours of a player in China ramping up capacity by 30 billion pieces over two to three years appears absurd which typically takes eight to 10 years to build," he said.

^^^GLOVE RALLY - BM HEALTHCARE INDEX - ONE MORE PUSH HIGHER?!!

On the 4-hour chart, we have five visible waves within a strong wave impulsive uptrend since end of June, low at 2,158. We think that is an extended wave three, meaning that more upside will come after fourth wave retracement. Indexes started turning down from the latest 3,347 high yesterday and quickly rebound sharply from low of 3,000 before closing at 3,177. As such, there could be a minor wave-4 completion and final wave-5 underway to continue and hit higher, before a major correction take control.

My Bets: One more push higher possible to test record high at 3,537 (Fib ratio of 161.8 of recent pullbacks)

Let us do a quick calculation on how much prices could the gloves makers to run and test if the high 3,537 achieved based on index weights:

TopGlove RM 25,00 (26,8% hike from 20,50 low)
Harta RM 20,00 (32,8% hike from 15,20 low)
Supermx RM17,50 (40% hike from 12,52 low)
Kossan RM 15,50 ((33% hike from 12,00 low)
