PAT for Carepls is 36.2m (15.4m ex-gain)
Q2 2020 PAT = 20.8m
Q1 2020 PAT is 5.1m
PAT increase Q o Q = 20.8/5.1 = 4x

Target price of Comfort to be conservative 3x for Q2 2021
Q1 2021 PAT = 16.3m
Q2 2021 PAT = 16.3x3 = 48.9m

Assume Q3 and Q4 2021, PAT is the same as 48.9m
Total PAT for 2021 = 16.3+(48.9x3) = 163m
NOSH = 583m
EPS = 163/583 = 0.28

PER = 30, the target price is RM8.40

Undervalue at current price RM4.83, potential gain is 73.9%

Not buy/sell call.

Pharma & duopharm will only be bottling the vaccine under license for Malaysia. Max volume is 30mil doses split between the 2, each only get 15mil. assuming each dose profit is RM20 max revenue RM300mil b4 deducting other costs. So how fantastic can their result be ???

To set up the bottling plant under pharmaceutical standards & cold chain transport & storage for the vaccine will cost them easily > 50mil

Agreed with ccheemd. With vaccine the drug regulations are even tighter, the sterile bottling equipment and setting cost is high. So don’t believe in non pharmaceutical company who says they are venturing into vaccine business.

PER=30 is just assumption to project target price.

Currently, most glove stocks are trading between 55 to 100.

You may use PER=20 as well.

For comfort at PER=20, target price is RM5.60. Very very conservative. As ASP is increasing from month to month.
