Haha... We don't need to save gloves stock, the demand and the prospect are always there. Gloves are necessity ever since it existed.
The same phenomenon to Pharmaniaga that don't deserve our attention will be like Rubberex-Titijaya joint venture, or just today's news, Karex the condom maker wishes to join medical gloves bandwagon. They aren't producing anything yet and nothing from gloves to contribute to their near future revenue.
But, if by declaring their gloves intention would make their share price surge two three or ten folds, they don't really need to actually set up the plant.

Just remember that whatever “vaccines” announced thus far should be read at face value. We didn’t know an infected person that afterwards was tested to be negative (ie. “recovered”) can now be “re-infected”. So what really is the status of the so-called “vaccines” that are being “promoted”? Was “re-infection” considered? Personally, I think a TRUE vaccine is a long way off.

Pharma and Dpharma are merely bottling the vaccines at the tail end of the value chain. Whether the vaccine is super effective or nominally effective, gloves are still needed along with masks and other PPE equipment. There should still be some momentum in the run up to a post vaccine world.
