U all must know the rule, pakai orang nama buat harga naik tak boleh tanya dari bursa...jika pakai dato syed nama boleh kena tanya dari bursa. Foreginer pun sama.

Last time many companies also use other person name do their company share up such as, takaso, motif, at, tiger,.and so on. When bursa ask them, they just answer other people like their company and not sendiri simply buat naik.

Aziz, u are rite. The bosses or directors can use other person buy in and speculate their share. If not bursa will asking..them why hold too many share. Foreginer also will asking by their government. So, they always use this way to do...their share up to high level. Because skip the procedures and tax company n and taxes also.

I dont agree with cherry tomato , the 1 hand information will by their internal staff...company can decide to no send their dato or company decisions to the bursa or later. For me, i invest share, i like to get 1 hand information. Bursa information is good but some information dont stated by the companies including genting, cimb and so on. We also depend on the 1 hand internal rumous new to win the money and get high profit return.
