ALCOM has good profit record, for past 10 yrs, except for bad patch in 2013-2015.

the new bosses (SC LAND) in charge now, to bring ALCOM to next higher level,with game plan to boost up revenue n profits, by going into industrial property dev.

SCLAND has proven expertise in property dev. projects.

actually, most difficult factor in BURSA INVESTING GAME is ourself, yes, we are our own hindrance to excel in shares, not outside factors.


once u make a decision to sell n wait for lower to buy back, very difficult to reverse the decision one,
whn the price start to shoot up, u will still wait bcause u think yr view is correct.
