the fact that big buyer(s) can quickly sapu 1 million treasury shares & continue to quietly eat up all offers at this lelong 71.5-72 sen level shows that there is good prospects for ALCOM to be rerated soon, maybe at end-Aug Qtr results ? , so,we just need a bit of patience , ALCOM will not disappoint...

the good news is the property business is handled by experienced property experts from SCLAND, n ALCOM will have 2 revenue streams by 2019 onwards. the income doubled !!
so,, what shd be the share price, to reflect the sudden doubling of business growth ?

This announcement is made by UOBKH on behalf of Alcom. The shareholders of Alcom whose names appears on the Record of Depositors of Alcom at the close of business on Friday, 3 August 2018, shall be entitled to participate in the Share Exchange

In order to facilitate the Share Exchange, the trading of Alcom Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 30 July 2018, being 3 clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date.

Accordingly, the last time and day for trading of Alcom Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities shall be at 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 27 July 2018.

The suspension of trading of Alcom Shares will continue until the admission of AGB to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the AGB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
