steveooikp hopefully Parkson can be privatised also. Offer price must be above RM 1 or 1.2-1.5.

listed companies bosses really know how to make money...
just 1 words privatize.... can make money...

there are so many counter current price are far under the NTA.
so all these bosses can announce privatize...

Wing tai taoverprice is fixed no effect because the shareholder have their mandate to private oledy upon lapse then so no more activity I think this stock

Strategy..controlling holder first buy from market at 1.78n 1.79...so they accumulate..then left some stubborn minority holders that still dun sell or accept..then offer higher for the remaiming lesser lots...save cost..just like UK developers offer to take over OLD buildings for rebuild..offer starts small..then final higher offer to remaining stubborn holder

Interesting announcement yesterday in Bursa Company Announcement>

Maybank Inv Bank had to announce that they acquired in open market a total of 10,875,900 shares at 1.80/share on June 14-2017.

I have not noticed any announcement earlier by Maybank IB of those who bought earlier at 1.78/1.79 in bulk.Who were they?...Am I correct that this is the first announcement ever made that WTM has bought in the open market?

Scenario 1: 成功全面收购
- 以RM1.81价钱购买的票会以RM1.80退回

Scenario 2: 没有成功进行强制性全面收购
- 公司将会除牌成为Wingtai Singapore （新加坡上市公司）的子公司。
- 六个月后可能会再offer 更高的价钱购买你手上的票。
- 公司每股的资产超过RM3.60。如果公司售卖产业得到现金很大可能发股息，小股东也一起收益。
