Hapseng recently keep selling its business and raised so much money. Can shareholders expect more dividend to come? Or the gain on disposal of AFI will be distributed to shareholders as dividend/bonus?
i already with Hapseng since 1.96 and pocketed my dividen, will that be another interim divident? i think the edge make mistake when reporting the proposed dividen but they should report 8 cent div payout since the div already paid.
YTD revenue down but profit up because of RM209mil gain from disposal of its Vietnam automotive biz is non-operating income. So, this unusual gain should be non-recurring income.
There should be special dividend due to huge gain from disposal of non core businesses. The company keeps buying back shares also indicates distribution can be in a way of share dividend.
cpo price already far to long at lower price, many Palm oil company already go for replanted their estate to replace old tree at the same time reduce CPO supply to market which will jack up the price later, when supply cant satisfied the demand. this strategy work everytime replanted during price low then the tree ready to bear the fruit when the price already up.
by the way Palm oil only Fraction from Hapseng Revenue, the real income contributor to Hapseng is Property and leasing wich contribute 68% income to Hapseng. ref to
malaysiabolh, you will never know what will happen next. I agree with you that i prefer property division stay inside HS Consolidated
soon9913, maybe i'm confused. If Hapseng Consolidated spin-off its property business, HS Consolidate's price will drop to reflect lower revenue and profit.
HSC will make handsome profit from the listing of property division due to unlocking the property value on hand. It will still be the subsidiary of the company, but the shareholding will be diluted.
In my opinion, It is good to list property division as property value is booming now.
I see this stock fall to 9 sen and now only fall 1 sen. What U people worry for such a great stock?? Basically, if the company making money each quarter, good future potential, good dividends and competent management, I see no reason to sell under whatsoever circumstances....
