hope, I do not know let us wait and see to me this is a fundamental stock and not speculative. I note buying back is heavy.I will buy more if 1.90 is broken.
There is an interim dividend of 8 sen per share with ex-date 19 July, which is "theoretically" incorporated into the current price of 2.05. Judge it for yourself whether is a good buy or not.
It is a "diversified" group which has strong plantation and property divisions. Dividend is consistent too. Other than that, there is a possibility of REIT listing or spinning off the property division as they have good properties on hand e.g. Wisma Hap Seng @ Jln P Ramlee & its adjacent buildings (under construction & recently completed) and they own 49.99% of the Citibank building @ Jln Ampang.
Avocado_C I agree with you, business is not good for all sectors, I sold today at 2.05 even though I believe the target could be 2.30 .Read malaysia Finance blogspot.chingco hold on first the risk is getting higher and nowdays not easy to make profit brother.

All, Although you can see the company keeps buying back its share and Tan Sri related co keeps selling its share. But in fact, the shareholding of Tan Sri is remained the same i.e. 73.++%. It maybe a signal for share dividend.
