Yes. I put shares bought back by company under owners' control. This is fair as they cannot be sold in the market unless the owner wants it to.

It should. There is nothing wrong with the company or the economy as a whole. Hapseng is one of the very few companies that has increased its quarterly profits every quarter for 11 quarters in a row. That is really an incredible record.

Actually hapseng has good fundamental, just feel weird why it is not in syariah list, even before this.
Too many cash in hand also considered not in syariah list? Think cannot be, correct me if i am wrong.

The share buy back is more than 10percent, think something big is coming.
Dividend given is higher too compared to last year.

Hapseng consolidated has a subsidiary that lends money so it will never be Syariah compliant. I think not syariah compliant is irrelevant as the company has a plenty cash and is willing to use it to promote its share price to the "right level".
