roytheinvestor: CF, rm0.215 x 12 = rm2.58, exercise price: rm11, total rm13.58. If Petron trades above rm13.58 in April (expiry date), you make a lot of money.

CD, rm0.345 x 12 = rm4.14, exercise price: rm8.50, total rm 12.64. If Petron trades above rm12.64 in February (expiry date), you make a lot of money.

@roytheinvestor Premium is a bad gauge to judge call warrants, CD has lower premium because its strike in in the money while CF is out of the money.

We should be looking at effective gearing (higher profit potential) and CF has the highest now at 2.88x (compare to CD 2.17x only)

For Cx, u NEED TO SELL at highest b4 expiry date in order to get good profit.
Example CD:
u earn nothing if petron trades at 12.7-12.9 in Feb
u will earn HUGE if petron trades at 12.0 before December (if IB dun play play)

If PETRONM up 1% and effective gearing is 2.88x (PETRONM-CF) means the warrant will go up 2.88%.

maybe the stocks attracted the attention of very short term speculators the last 2 days. Some of them might not have the intention to pick up the shares (well, the share price is more than RM10!), thus the sell off yesterday. Seriously can not find a good reason for the sell off late yesterday

（吉隆坡3日讯）油站业者面临每周燃油报价起落风险，然而分析员认为PETRON大马（PETRONM，3042，主板工业产品组）除了在全国拥有580间油站，也经营炼油厂和商业用油，而具有优于同侪的竞争优势。

兴业研究指出，燃油零售本就以量取胜，预期PETRON大马每年以4%增长，料每年有15家新油站开张；其商业区块则由石蜡油、煤油与低腊油（每桶2至7美元）驱动盈利，相信商业用油为其提供优于同侪的回酬。

兴业喜好PETRON大马，主要是其零售业务提供稳定现金流，至于商业燃油则将带动盈利，该公司拥有炼油厂使其比同侪更具优势。

股价创新高

周二闭市，PETRON大马股价创新高，全日涨58仙，报11令吉零2仙，跃升最大上涨股。

PETRON大马是大马第三大燃油零售商，市占仅在蚬壳（SHELL）和国油贸易（PETDAG,5681,主板贸服组）之后，全国有580间加油站，经销汽油、柴油和液化天然气产品。

该公司在波德申有座日炼8万8000桶油提炼厂，除生产上述产品，也生产煤油、低蜡油（LWSR），具纳尔逊3的复杂度。基于经济低迷，目前平均使用率仅达50%。

PETRON大马是菲律宾佩特龙公司（PETRON CORP）73.4%持股子公司。

资产负债表管理健全

PETRON大马资产负债表管理健全，2017年首半年获净现金，预期2017财政年将保持为净现金公司，相比2016财政年净债达1亿3600万令吉。迄今有总贷款6640万令吉，净现金达1亿5600万令吉。

兴业指出，PETRON大马从营运的现金与净现金流正在增长势头，加上良好成本管理与自动报价制（APM），让国际油价变动转化至燃油零售价。

兴业开始对PETRON大马进行研究，建议“买进”，目标价16令吉20仙是2018财政年本益比12.5倍，每股盈利1令吉30仙。相比国油贸易（PETDAG，5681，主板贸服组）本益比24.6倍，是PETRON大马的70%溢价。
