last year the 4th quarter only earn 0.67 cents,for sure coming quarter earning will be better,but this counter share price not base on the ESP,otherwise today share price must higher than 0.38.

no luck lah today no market,otherwise you can place order at 0.385.the boss buy back at 0.45.but when don't know har?if you plan to hold it for 10 years,this counter is very good.low risk,reasonable dividen,not need monitor daily save time.so you can monitor other counter to make money.1 stone 2 birds.good strategy.

as u said who know the next 2 quarters the esp very good,so i guess and i hope loh. spread out some positive news to attract some investors to help the small share holder to accumulate some ,to ease some holding pressure.support the share price good for everyone ma.if this come true many trapped investors will very appreciate to you and me put so much effort to secure them .ha! this project is under DIBS, and developer rich, they claim bank only up to 55% to 65%, Final claim 1 shoot 35% to 45%of average 400,000 per unit. is a large amount total 926 units.

Yes hold for long term.
Buying a house is same like buying a car or other product in market, sure got defects but as long as there are warranties within certain period then is ok for buyers.
I never heard of best quality and no complaint in property.

Revenue recognition for damansara foresta should be in q4 2015 given that they VP phase 1 during the last week of Dec 15... according to the percentage of completion method... expect good 4th qtr results coming February..
