The land @ RM18.40 psf can be deemed fairly cheap. It can generate substantial profit even if L&G were to build double-storey linked houses only on the land for sale. This land can easily generate a GDV of more than RM1 billion. (assuming 112 acres x 12 units per acre x RM750k per unit) and profit of RM150 mil to RM200 mil.

They are selling Astoria Project block 1 in The Curve last few month and every details they have it including deposit paid if u interested...not only registered your name only...total they have 4 block but now they are selling 1st block...interested condo...
