connie, don't be scaredy cat k, lock in sales and profit will be damn good, unbilled sales drop from 800m to 600m, l&g gonna recognised 200m revenue this quarter and net profit of 20m-30m

Yes i have read the news they have unbilled sales alot! can sustain for few years and my brother is a bank mortgage salesman and he also says that L&G is good and fast developer with quality.. i have been holding this counter since 49 cents.. never sold even 1 unit.. coz i just hear it so just bring it up.. well means its not true..

Land and General Bhd sits on unbilled sales of about RM600m that will last the company through the next 15 months, said its managing director Low Gay Teck. On the outlook of the property market, L&G does not see a "glut" in residential properties. "Whether there is a glut, we don't think so; properties are always cyclical. Sales may slow down for a period, but the demand is still there," he added. He opined that the slowdown in sales is mainly due to buyers not able to obtain loans, but he does not think this is going to be a perpetual issue. (Financial Daily)
