CT & all L&G stockholders.....as per report by The Sunday Star special property pullout today. A JV bet L&G and Mayland to develop a piece of land along Jalan Ampang. Estimated GDV RM788m & estimated profit RM230m.

董事经理刘毅德表示，上述6亿令吉未记账销售是由其2项计划，即Elements@Ampang及Damansara Foresta所贡献。两项计划带动了其产业部门的收益成长，从2013年第2财季的4170万令吉，大幅挺升到2014年第2财季的1亿3460万令吉。
他是在出席公司特别大会后如是披露。这项特别大会上，股东们已经批准其建议中以1亿1850万令吉现金，收购安邦路其Elements计划毗邻的5.66英亩（2.29公顷）地段。
置地通用有意透过内部基金和银行借贷融资1亿2677万令吉的财务责任。
截至2013年3月31日止，该集团的负债率企于0.2倍。
基于公司的初步可行性研究，上述土地收购将作用服务公寓计划用途，预测总发展值达7亿8870万令吉。
以5亿5840万令吉发展成本计，这项计划的预测盈利约达2亿3030万令吉。
上述服务公寓计划将由置地通用和大马置地产业私人有限公司联营发展。Elements计划也是由置地通用与大马置地产业联营。
该公司放眼在今年杪推介这项计划，及将在2个阶段里兴建4座46层大楼。
刘毅德补充，该公司将针对这项地主早前已获得发展准证的现有计划着手一些轻微修改，并重新提呈予有关当局。
在产业市场的展望方面，置地通用并没有看到住宅产业‘过剩’。
他说：“针对是否有没有过剩，我们不认为，因产业一直都属循环性。销售可能放缓一段时间，但需求仍然存在。”
他指出，销售放缓主要是因为买家未能获得贷款，但他不认为这会成为永久的问题。
截至2013年9月30日，该公司拥有现金2亿9300万令吉，比截至2013年3月31日止的1亿7200万令吉来得高。
置地通用主要从事产业投资和发展业务。它也参与开发橡胶和油棕、拥有一间学校大楼和提供教育服务
