There is plenty of growth yet. Empire Resorts to launch mobile sports betting soon, RWNYC with the application for full casino license, First Light Casino now back on track... RWLV itself is still not fully open yet. I wouldn't peg myself to an exit TP now. Ride the bull all the way. :)

@Karma4444 This is recovery counter leh, think about capital gain. You won't dividend, go buy REIT now low. UOA and REIT very good stable dividend :p

Would be good to have dividend for this quarter, otherwise the financial year will not have any dividends which has not happened in a long while. Not pretty optics even for capital gains on recovery play.
