follow the Bursa rules , listed companies must submit and declare their quarter report latest by 2 months of the closing quarter

so example if the company quarter ending 31 Dec 2018, so before 28 Feb 2019 need to declare the quarter report already

GEKNT financial year end is 31 Jan

so quarter 1 is end April , then need declare report before 30 June

quarter 2 ending is end Jul , so need declare report by 30 Sept

quarter 3 ending is ending Oct , so need declare report by 31 Dec

AND COMING …..quarter 4 is ending end Jan , need declare before 31 MARCH 2019

Results not bad even without LRT projects. Still can give 3.5 sen dividend. 2nd half of the year should be better when projects begin again. Expect 2nd half Revenue and profit to increase.

Although going down np ,company still providing 6%interest is quite good as compare to others company. Recovering np can be expected after second half of2019 as project mrt 3 began .Slow and steady price movement with attractive interest are must buy counter at 2020. I believe with its management team and social skills it can get more projects from new government since its metering business won the project from Singapore , it's quality standards are unquestionable. I will stay with this company and believe that through its hard work will have a harvest in future . Price of 1.1 is reasonable with current performance .

with ECRL almost confirmen by next week, at least another hurdles gone. hope gkent able to get a piece of that project.

Q4 is considered as very good!
19Q4 GP 70m versus 18Q4 GP 77m, drop by 8.4% only.
It made full year GP margin of 39% higher than FY2018 of 31%.
But no explanation of why other expenses hike to 26m compared to 18Q4 of 10m only.
Tax expense of 41m also higher than last year 36m despite PBT drop.
Anyway, less exciting but within estimated result. FY2020 will be the better year ahead once LRT3 resumes operation.
