@kevin5059, the Inari is old stuff. They realise part of the gain back in 2013 or 2014 when they let Inari IPO. And they can't sell the holding as well because if they sell it, then they got nothing better for income.

Anyway, i just hope Insas shareholder aware of what we're investing. If Insas grow and share follow, that is the best. Don't just be lead by trader who pump and dump. That is more harm to most of the shareholder.

Thong cannot exercise the warrants he owns without having to make a MGO as he and persons acting in concert currently owns 32.96% of Insas shares. Thong holds the warrants as a defensive measure against hostile takeover.

for the statement above , i turly think Thong will goreng up Insas warrant high high enuf to let go share .. n make big profit

I think warrant price doing well because Thong not selling and may even be buying more. He doesn't need to make any disclosure to Bursa if he buys more warrants unlike shares. Also there are much less warrants than shares in circulation.

Why is the warrant price stronger? Possibly two big fish competing to buy. One is a hostile group of people attempting to take over Insas. The other is Thong buying warrants to defend from the hostile takeover since he can't buy the shares. There are only 265 million warrants for which Thong already own at least 80 million.

His brother direct17,343,524 6.54% indirect 12,014,706 4.53%

Both of them have more than 40%. If they exercise, they will greatly boost their owning power of Insas. If they really do this, then he is like those HK rich man, get rich by selling out shareholder.

But anything also have both side. If warrant price go up too much like 0.45, then they can sell all warrant and cash out. Later use that cash to buy Insas Share. 0.45 is a good price because that amount could make them gain additional 2% ownership without spending money, compare to exercise the warrant at the end of the day.

They can't buy any more Insas shares without having to make an MGO for all Insas shares. They don't have the financial means to do an MGO.
