On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 18 November 2019 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.0477 per Placement Share.

The issue price of RM0.0477 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 19.97% to the 5-day VWAP of PARB Shares up to and including 15 November 2019, being the last traded day of PARB Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.0596 per PARB Share.

This announcement is dated 18 November 2019.

If PA cannot even get bank to lend them the money and need to do PP at discount of 19.97% which is against the norm of 10% that speak volume on the quality of the Board and Management.

Once PMetal crashed, PA crashed, these will DRAG down LBalum as well.
LBalum is trading above PE 10
Not sustainable above 70 sen.
Correction is on the way.

In fact SC and Bursa rule and regulation stated the PP discount should not be more than 10%.
Is the Board aware of this rule and regulation?
Should Bursa and SC investigate this breach of rule and regulation?

LB is for comparision with PA. A better choice or better alternative to PA.
I believe in presenting alternative for investors to think and for them to make their own intelligent and informed decision.

Then Sslee is lucky not trapped LBalum.
But swapping PA to LBalum is not a good suggestion.

Sslee must work hard to help other investor to swap to INSAS mar.
INSAS is super VALUABLE stock !!
