emma : for sure there will have impact on the Shares Market but not for the company itself (Eg, i think it wont effect much on those company major biz maybe ard 70-80% is from Msia market) so for me it is a golden chances to buy good base company when the time QE quit..

When stimulus stopped by usa and europe, asian will be hardest hit. The currency had shown the sign. U dont need phd in understanding this, cause western will stop pumping hot money into asian market. Foreign direct investment will sustantially reduced which actually happening now.

Western will start diverting their manufacturing back to theor soil especially estern europe, the euro bloc.

Asian inflation will rocket. Asian government bonds will much less attractive.

Worst to come as i can see, asian will be in financial turnmoil due to the slow down of china.

China will be saved eventually, it is still one of the major economy globally. If we look thoroughly into china policy, i realise china is fast pacing in diverting labour, manufacturing in to service sector with acquisation and merger in many top biggest industry.

Worst to.worst, malaysia, singapore, Philipine will be the hardest hit.

the worst i saw and experience during 2009/10 is that KLSE drop to ard 700-800 point..most of the shares drop more than 50% (those company have oversea biz or foreign share high % holding company hurt the most)..

depend how u think lo cos not all drop 50% la..at tat time i notice Public Bank at rm11-12, Affin at rm2.9-3, AmBank at rm4.5-5, Sunway at rm1.7-1.8 etc~~if more on local share eg Padini at rm0.8-0.9, NTPM rm0.3-0.4, AirAsia rm0.9-1, YTL Corp rm1.3-1.4, Mediac rm0.6-0.7..so perhaps u can treat it as Park yr fund at Local share (Drop Lesser/Anti Drop) while QE quit n once those blue chip drop like more than 50% u can out from Local n enter Blue Chip or potential share.
