陳志遠轉賣成功基建給成功集團

（吉隆坡21日訊）丹斯里陳志遠透過其間接掌握的成功基建私人有限公司，以象徵式1港元價格將AWF有限公司轉賣給成功集團（BJCORP,3395,主板貿服組），協助成功集團壯大中國水務業務。

該公司發文告表示，AWF有限公司目前籌備以2億人民幣（約1億1千萬令吉）價格收購廣東省3家流動水務服務公司，因此在完成股權轉讓後，成功集團將透過旗下持股85%的子公司DSG控股有限公司，認購AWF新發的5千773萬股新股，將5千773萬港元（2千475萬令吉）資金注入AWF。

完成上述計劃後，AWF公司將成為成功集團旗下持股85%的間接子公司。

該公司也說，成功集團目前透過DSG控股，在中國持有兩項流動水務經營權，上述企業活動替成功集團提供進一步擴充流動水務業務的機會，同時，新收購水務公司也將協助流線化水供基建設備，提昇整體營運和輸送效率。（ 星洲日報／財經）

this is totally diff from gambling due to yr capital still can maintain up to 70% which I presume the share go downtrend the max of 30% so investing n gambling is very big diff mentality cos the gambling is dont bother the capital anymore in their eyes just win/lose n there is no grey area (which for me is maintain more than half of yr capital)..anyway it is just my point of view to sharing happy investing:)

i think i did mention earlier that bjcorp is fully manipulate share n i prefer look into it via trending..if wanna earn profit from this type of share (bjcorp/lion corp/ytl/pm corp) u must hv enuf patient..beside since i know it is a confirm profit can be make why not i give it a shot n buy it le just time only ma;) eg u got 100k just spread some portion like put into FD/Saving Plan/Shares/Property etc which i m using this concept apply on share market so Bjcorp is one of my FD,Sunway warrant is one of my property, Skpetrol is one of my share..

hahaha but my FD is every few mnths make profit once so if accumulate a year can make about 6-7 times profit so which FD will u choose?must rmb the liquidity n the demand as well how liquid n the demand for LD??i dont see the demand unless u hv about 1M to put on it i speechless..n the most important is lower entry range mother rm0.5-0.52 warrant 0.15-0.16 VS LD 0.75..

bjc is a long run invest share...now is the best time to accumulate. Due to big volume of ICULS ,it need more time to digest. This counter not for contra player... will slowly move up soon. Don't park your money here if u r less confident with uncle Tan. Happy invest ya..

Probably a few foreign equity/fund managers having shareholding less than 5% dumping aggressively from RM 0.505 to RM 0.50. These sell down won't be reflected in Section 29B changes in major shareholding.These people won't queue to sell but they will immediately dump to buyer even at RM 0.50 as happened yesterday and today.

Why is the profit before tax and profit after tax have such a big difference (more than 25%) when corporation tax is only 25%? It happens in every quarter financial results.

Q3 result: Profit before tax is rm163m. Profit after tax is RM55m. this means tax is 66%. YTD 9 MTHS RESULTS: PBT 431m. PAT 237. This means the tax is 45%. Why so high tax?
