You should be able to access info data about off-market deals on your trading platform under MARKET/DIRECT BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS HISTORY or OFF-MARKET TRANSACTIONS depending on which platform you are in.

For smaller counters and less endowed operators, an off-market transaction like this could a precursor indicative of an imminent stir-fry project ahead. But for someone in VT's league, hardly so.

Vietlott sale is around RM300k per draw at this moment, 52weeks and 3 draw per week can reach RM20M per year, if BJCorp take 5% can get RM1M/= current.

Data estimate from past 5 draw .
Sale = ( Jackpot accumulate+price give out ) / 0.50 ( If sale 50% back to price );
= around VND1500M = or RM300K/=

i think they can open terminal at very fast rate because they hire agent or put terminal at ppl shop, not like malaysia need to open outlet. So i think start up cost should be lower and growth will be faster than malaysia. Vietnamese Gov also own vietlott. No worry.

我还没搞清楚Call Warrant的发行人和证券行的关系，但如果10月31日BJCorpCZ到期，10月AGM过后，我还是有信心的，目前只有小心累计。

我比较关心1M问题被炒作令外资不敢进入，天天观察外资总买进及卖出，BJCorp最高阶时，外资占50%以上，VT占30%，但这些年外资占少过10%，VT直接间接占50%，其他都是我们40%，鬼才会起，只是搞不出谁每天拿着几百万票在搞飞机。

VT要赚钱，炒高就好了，干什么压低？如果VT按兵不动，剩下的大股是25M sahre以上，有人啃下30M股就好玩了。

是啊，VT控制50%以上。如果肯定不是他就好。这几年外资占BJCorp50%到目前少于10%，1M case又查高盛，USB等，这些都是曾经BJCorp Major 30 大股，会不会吃回头草也不知，怕是怕了VT，大家慢慢已撤退，剩下10% 的几十亿（300M share）给你接盘。

rm 1000 x 3期 x 52星期 x 3600间 (一年后会有3600间)
= rm 561600000 一年

假设jackpot sales = total sales 的5%
