（吉隆坡30日讯）国内商业钜子丹斯里陈志远持有的成功集团（BJCORP,3395,主板贸服组）近期动作频频，市场人士相信其用意在于降低负债，并整合集团资源来部署下个阶段的业务增长。

成功集团在过去7个月动作不断，先在6月以5千671万令吉脱售持有的美特工业（MAGNI,7087,主板消费品组）8.43%股权，再以5亿2千626万令吉将成功汽车（BJAUTO,5248,主板贸服组）的21.88%股权脱售给一家特别用途公司（SPV），最后还脱售成功食品（BJFOOD,5196,主板贸服组）显著股权。

与此同时，陈志远还脱售了成功资产（BJASSET,3239,主板产业组）约5%股权，而后者也建议以1亿零800万令吉或每股30令吉81仙，收购其所未持有的Megaquest私人有限公司50%股权，并委任行销代理销售燕美路一块土地。

就连不在成功集团麾下的7-11控股（SEM,5250,主板贸服组）也有所动作，正在重振特许经营权计划。

越推介博彩游戏

值得一提的是，成功集团还在今年7月通过联营公司成功Gia Thinh公司（Berjaya GTI）在越南胡志明市推介首项博彩游戏，并放眼5年内设立1万个投注站，以开发潜在总值高达120亿美元（约480亿令吉）的越南博彩市场。

市场观察家向财经周刊《The Edge》透露，成功集团近期企业活动意在降低负债，同时促进越南博彩业务增长。

“陈志远尝试将成功集团立于更稳固的位置。越南博彩业务可能是金鹅，需要很多的资金来设立分店。这也是为何他将更多的钱放在这里，以在未来4至5年取得投资收成。”

另一熟悉成功集团事务的消息人士称，陈志远现整合集团资产来部署下个阶段的业务增长，因此他倾向于卖多于买。

“在过去几年，陈志远买了许多公司。现在，他将之卖出来降低负债，因为他不愿意背负更多的债务。”

但他强调，陈志远对成功资产的态度截然不同，他希望后者能全面掌控收购公司的管理权。

“通过全购Megaquest其余股权，他将可掌控公司的现金流。这将为成功资产股东创造股息，对身为大股东的他也是一大好事。”

Berjaya Lottery Vietnam Limited (“BLV”), will invest RM842,320,000/=（US210,580,000/= ）in next 18years, so is only RM50,000,000/= per year, what is the difficulty?( I will continue invest BJCorp in the coming 18 years )

Concern is Berjaya GTI is help Vietlott to computerizes only, can get the sale how much? 5%? or less? what is the contract stated? who can ask in AGM?

Then Berjaya Lottery Vietnam (BLV) have Berjaya GTI 51% only;
BJCorp have BLV 80% then easy calculate.
